independent analytical laboratory incorporated in 1998. Since its
incorporation, ACL has grown to be an integrated laboratory offering
testing, analysis, monitoring and consultancy services in the fields of
chemistry.

- Electrical and electronic tools (except large-scale stationary industrial tools)
- Toy,leisure and sports equipment

Chemical Analysis: Oils & Fats
ACL oils & fats testing service is recognized by the following caccreditation bodies and authorities:
- FOSFA International as appointed associated analyst.
- Department of Standards Malaysia (DSM).
- Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB).
- Ministry of Health Malaysia for the issuing of Health Certificate in the chemical testing of palm oil products.
- SLSI for the issuing of Pre-Export Quality Certificate.
Microbiological Testing : Water
Microbiological
testing for drinking water is a must apart from the chemical analysis.
This is to ensure that the drinking water is not contaminated with the
undesired micro-organism. It is recommended to have a test conducted on
Total Plate Count and Coliform Count.
Microbiological Testing : HACCP Compliance
We provide the following HACCP compliance service:
- Swab testing and air monitoring.
- Microbiological testing of the collected swabs and air monitoring samples at our ISO/IEC17025 accredited laboratory.
- Consultation on hygiene monitoring, HACCP compliance and food safety.
Environmental monitoring : Ambient Air
The scope of ambient air quality testing includes:
- Particulates Matter i.e. TSP, PM10, Dust Fall.
- Gases i.e. CO, NO2, SO2, O3.
- Metals i.e. As, Sb, Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Al, Fe.
- Volatile organic compoundsi.e BTEX.
- Other parameters by request.
Environmental monitoring : Environmental Noise
The scope of noise levels measurement offers by ACL includes:
- Equivalent A-weighted sound pressure levels.
- A-weighted minimum and maximum instantaneous sound pressure levels.
- A-weighted percentile sound pressure levels.
- Octave bands sound pressure levels.
Industrial Hygiene Monitoring : Noise Exposure Monitoring
ACL has highly qualified and experienced competent persons registered with the Department of Occupational Safety & Health to carry out occupational noise exposure assessment and monitoring that includes:
- Measurement of noise emission from single noise source or combination of noise sources.
- Noise mapping in the form of noise zones to identify area with high noise levels.
